The Paramedic Advantage:
- $10,000 Signing Bonus for certified ALS providers.
- Starting Salary: $76,612 (with ALS certification).
- Financial Incentives: ALS Incentive pay (10% of firefighter salary) plus $2–$3/hr ALS Riding Pay. ($76,612 + $6,948 + $10k Sign-On + ALS riding pay = Total Compensation)
- Continuous Growth: Earn your Continuing Education (CE) while on duty and get paid to train for specialty units like HazMat or Technical Rescue.
