Merchandiser – Production & Buyer Coordination (Mid-Level)

We are hiring a mid-level merchandiser who can handle orders independently and ensure smooth execution from sampling to shipment. This role requires strong follow-ups, coordination with factory, and basic ownership of timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage buyer communication for ongoing orders
• Coordinate with factory for sampling, production, and dispatch
• Track T&A (Time & Action) and ensure timelines are met
• Follow up for fabric, trims, and approvals
• Handle sampling stages (fit / PP / TOP)
• Monitor production status and flag delays early
• Coordinate with QC for quality checks
• Maintain order sheets, reports, and documentation
• Support in costing and order planning (basic level)

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in garment merchandising
• Experience working with factory + buyers together
• Basic understanding of production flow (cutting to finishing)
• Good follow-up skills (this role is execution-heavy)
• Decent Excel and communication skills

• Pure coordinators with no production exposure
• Overqualified candidates expecting strategic/managerial roles

What We DO want:

• Someone who can handle orders with minimal supervision
• Strong in follow-ups and execution
• Comfortable going to factory / coordinating closely

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,155.70 - ₹50,522.00 per month
