Junior Merchandiser – Garment Manufacturing Production Coordination, TNA,

Job Description

We are a garment manufacturing company supplying to domestic brands and select export clients. We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser to support order execution through sampling, production coordination, and vendor follow-ups.

This is a hands-on role for candidates who want to grow in apparel merchandising and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sampling and approvals with internal teams and buyers
• Maintain and update TNA (Time & Action calendar)
• Follow up with fabric and trims vendors
• Coordinate with production, cutting, stitching, and finishing teams
• Track order status, materials, and delivery timelines
• Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), order sheets, and MIS reports
• Support in basic costing and data tracking

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in garment manufacturing / merchandising / factory coordination
• Basic understanding of garment production process
• Working knowledge of Excel (tracking sheets, MIS)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• ✔ Only candidates with factory / manufacturing exposure preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,210.04 - ₹28,327.25 per month
