Merchandiser – Garment Manufacturing Buyer Coordination, Costing, Order

We are looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser to manage domestic buyers and execute orders from sampling to dispatch. The role is focused on production coordination, costing, and on-time delivery, with limited export exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle buyer communication (domestic brands + occasional export client)
• Manage complete order lifecycle (sampling → production → dispatch)
• Create and track TNA (Time & Action calendar)
• Coordinate with sampling, production, sourcing, and quality teams
• Work on costing, margin control, and vendor negotiations
• Ensure timely fabric and trims sourcing
• Monitor production progress and delivery timelines

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in garment manufacturing / merchandising
• Experience in handling buyers (domestic preferred)
• Strong understanding of production flow, fabrics, and trims
• Good Excel and reporting skills

Strict Filters

• ❌ No candidates with only export documentation experience
• ✔ Must have handled orders end-to-end in a factory setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,915.29 - ₹50,272.34 per month
