Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation and strengthen our sales engine. This role combines high-volume prospecting with strategic selling, engaging mid-market and enterprise prospects to directly impact revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to build and scale effective outbound sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts across Email, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling channels.
- Develop highly personalized and strategic outreach campaigns for target accounts.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities using structured sales methodologies.
- Schedule qualified meetings and create pipeline opportunities for Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing to execute outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong pipeline hygiene.
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and outbound strategies.
- Travel across India and the APAC region as required for business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles, preferably within SaaS organizations.
- Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to personalize outreach.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and a builder mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent command of English (written, spoken, and comprehension).
