**Role Overview:**
You have a new opportunity to join the Events & Experiences team at Extramarks Education, India's leading education tech company, as a Marketing Manager- Events based out of the head office in Noida. As a hands-on role, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective event marketing strategies focusing on result-driven metrics, leading multiple events, and understanding the country's events landscape.

- Bring exceptional people and project management skills driving multiple initiatives across the events calendar.
- Utilize quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to draw insights from metrics and present marketing plans/solutions to internal & external stakeholders.
- Devise well-articulated communication across requirements and recommendations based on brand values, objectives, and goals.
- Collaborate with support teams to bring marketing plans to life and establish marketing goals and key KPI's for event marketing initiatives.
- Manage and foster media partnerships and key relationships to maximize media value and brand awareness across events.

- Conceptualize and execute campaigns, including budgets, for events across the events calendar, including partnered events.
- Work with the consumer insights team to customize solutions for event and consumer segments based on feedback and engagement.
- Track, monitor, and analyze metrics across business units and HO level, staying updated on marketing trends and maintaining relationships with industry professionals.
- Collaborate with event management and sales teams to create event marketing plans that include media deliverables for partners.
- Generate timely feedback reports on data and consumer engagement post events and mentor a team of marketing executives.
**Professional & Educational Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience in event marketing and execution, preferably with an agency or brand with an in-house events team.
- Ability to analyze data, excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing teams and leading internal stakeholders in managing events, being organized, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree required, willingness to travel as needed.
