AI Implementation & Automation Specialist (Part-Time, In-Office)

We are seeking a hands-on AI Implementation & Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems across our operations, sales, and marketing functions.

This is a practical, execution-focused role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and implementing AI solutions that automate workflows, improve productivity, and drive measurable business results.

You will work closely with leadership to integrate AI into core business processes, including dispatch, customer communication, lead generation, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across business functions
• Implement and integrate AI tools into daily workflows
• Build automations connecting systems such as CRM, email, and internal platforms
• Automate dispatch workflows and load coordination processes
• Build systems for POD follow-ups and carrier communication
• Reduce manual workload in logistics and operations
• Implement AI tools for lead qualification and pipeline management
• Automate follow-ups and outbound communication
• Improve CRM workflows and data handling
• Develop AI-powered systems for content generation and campaign execution
• Support SEO and digital marketing automation
• Assist with outbound and inbound campaign optimization
• Implement AI-driven email and inquiry handling systems
• Improve response times while maintaining quality and personalization
• Monitor effectiveness of AI systems
• Continuously improve workflows based on performance data
• Focus on measurable outcomes such as time savings, error reduction, and revenue impact

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience building and deploying AI automations
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Airtable or similar database systems
• OpenAI / GPT APIs
• Strong understanding of business workflows (operations, sales, or marketing)
• Ability to execute independently and deliver results quickly

Preferred

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
• Familiarity with email automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo)
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
