Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven WhatsApp Franchise Growth Specialist to generate and qualify high-quality franchise leads through WhatsApp outreach, lead nurturing, and automation.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects from our existing databases, marketing campaigns, and lead sources, identify qualified investors and entrepreneurs, nurture them through structured conversations, and book meetings for the franchise consulting team.
This role combines lead generation, lead qualification, WhatsApp marketing, AI-powered automation, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
WhatsApp Lead Generation & Qualification
- Generate high-quality franchise leads through WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
- Engage with prospects from existing databases and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and qualify investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners interested in franchise opportunities.
- Build trust through structured conversations and consistent follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on investment capacity, location preference, business background, and expansion intent.
- Book qualified meetings for the franchise consulting team.
- Maintain high response, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Update lead status, notes, and qualification details within the CRM.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve lead nurturing and qualification efficiency.
- Continuously optimise WhatsApp scripts, messaging sequences, and follow-up journeys to increase qualified lead generation.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
- Follow up with interested prospects until they are ready for a discussion with the consulting team.
- Handle objections and provide relevant franchise information.
- Re-engage dormant leads through structured follow-up campaigns.
- Improve lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
Automation & AI
- Manage AI-powered WhatsApp workflows and nurturing sequences.
- Work with automation tools to streamline lead engagement and follow-ups.
- Suggest improvements to messaging, workflows, and qualification processes.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and lead engagement.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking.
- Track lead quality, response rates, and conversion metrics.
- Share weekly performance reports and insights.
- Ensure proper lead handover to the sales and consulting team.
Skills Required
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and lead qualification.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, WhatsApp marketing, or customer engagement.
- Experience in franchising, education, consulting, real estate, finance, or other high-ticket sales environments is preferred.
