Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving successful project outcomes using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from initiation through closure. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones. Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coordinate ServiceNow Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely resolution. Manage project scope, timelines, quality, and budget while ensuring successful delivery. Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates. Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization and release planning. Coordinate change management, testing, deployment, and project handover activities. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and SDLC processes. Drive continuous improvement and optimize project delivery processes. Perform project closure activities including documentation and lessons learned.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, or support projects. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, or CMDB. Proven experience with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource management. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred. ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, or ServiceNow CIS certifications are preferred.

Candidate Profile

Comfortable working in US shift timings (EST). Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a background in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules will be given priority. Strong cross-functional coordination and client-facing communication skills are essential.
