Job Summary Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the execution of investment underwriting, offtake financing and transaction activity across their US platform.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, project finance, and capital markets—offering direct exposure to live deals and meaningful growth at the leading edge of the energy transition.

The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, highly accountable, and eager to build foundational transaction expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Transaction & Capital Execution ▸ Support end-to-end execution of offtake, financing, and M&A transactions from early structuring through closing.

▸ Own financial analysis and modelling for: Offtake RFPs and bid submissions Project finance and tax equity structures M&A transactions and portfolio-level capital raises New business development activities ▸ Pressure-test commercial assumptions and risk allocation across contracts, financing terms, and investment memoranda.

▸ Coordinate diligence inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across technical, commercial, and financial workstreams.

Investment Committee & Decision Support ▸ Prepare IC materials including transaction summaries, financial outputs, key risks, mitigants, and decision points.

▸ Support IC Q&A by tracking open issues, assumptions, and follow-ups across transactions.

Financing & Capital Markets ▸ Support project finance, tax equity, and structured capital raises from origination through closing.

▸ Draft and refine financial analyses, lender/investor presentations, and transaction trackers.

▸ Manage data rooms and support investor diligence requests.

Growth Initiatives ▸ Conduct ad hoc market research and analyze emerging industry trends.

▸ Support rapid opportunity assessments as new strategies emerge (e.

g., data center offtake, storage, and adjacent technologies).

Process & Execution Discipline ▸ Actively manage transaction trackers, diligence logs, change logs, and workplans across multiple live deals.

▸ Help impose structure and discipline on fast-moving processes with multiple stakeholders.

▸ Identify inefficiencies or gaps and proactively propose solutions.

▸ 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, infrastructure consulting, or a related analytical role.

▸ Strong financial modelling and analytical capability; comfortable working with imperfect information.

▸ Demonstrated interest in and exposure to capital formation, project finance, or complex transactions.

▸ High accountability mindset—takes ownership, follows through, and closes loops.

▸ Ability to operate under tight timelines with shifting priorities and senior-level exposure.

▸ Clear communicator—can synthesize complexity into concise, data-driven outputs.

▸ Strong understanding of US renewable energy markets and the energy transition landscape.

▸ Ability to engage credibly with lenders, tax equity investors, and strategic partners.

▸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfort presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.

▸ High intellect, professionalism, pragmatism, and integrity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
