Entry Level Representative

Exceler8 Marketing, a sales and development firm, is hiring an Entry Level Representative to assist Victoria in enhancing their home entertainment and connectivity with Rogers. The Entry Level Representative engages customers in sales conversations about how our high-speed internet supports all their online activities, our TV packages bring their favorite shows and movies to life, and our home phone keeps them connected.

As an Entry Level Representative, your training dives into how Rogers solves real customer headaches: buffering streams, limited channels, and spotty phone coverage. The Entry Level Representative will then conduct conversations in Victoria, ask about clients' current needs, and guide customers toward better connectivity options.

• Meet with customers to explain how Rogers Internet delivers fast, uninterrupted connectivity for work, streaming, and more.
• Present Rogers TV options in a clear, engaging manner, focusing on entertainment variety and family-friendly content.
• Illustrate the long-term value of Rogers Home Phone as a dependable communication solution that complements modern digital lifestyles.
• Develop tailored recommendations that align with each customer's budget and usage habits, positioning Rogers as the best choice for their household.
• Build urgency and excitement by highlighting limited-time offers and exclusive bundle deals that provide additional savings.
• Convert interest into sales by masterfully guiding customers through the decision-making process and finalizing their Rogers service enrollment.
