In this role, you’ll talk with customers, help them understand our services, and guide them to the best solutions for their needs, all while supporting the sales team and contributing to our telecom partner’s success.
Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Account Manager:
- Build strong customer relationships every day by presenting the latest internet and wireless products and services in face to face settings
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in person that drives immediate sales and long-term loyalty
- Lead confident, value-focused sales conversations using in-depth product knowledge
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Customer Account Managers and Sales team members to share best practices and elevate team performance
- Consistently meet or exceed team sales targets by aligning customer needs with tailored internet and wireless solutions
Entry Level Customer Account Manager Qualifications:
- Interest or background in telecom, internet, or wireless sales is a bonus, but not required
- Positive, team-minded attitude and a passion for helping others
- Self-motivated and eager to grow your career
- Comfortable with learning new ways to help customers efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide customer decisions
- Coachable and ready to learn continuously
- Availability to start within 1-2 weeks
