Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Account Manager:

• Build strong customer relationships every day by presenting the latest internet and wireless products and services in face to face settings
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in person that drives immediate sales and long-term loyalty
• Lead confident, value-focused sales conversations using in-depth product knowledge
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented communication
• Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Customer Account Managers and Sales team members to share best practices and elevate team performance
• Consistently meet or exceed team sales targets by aligning customer needs with tailored internet and wireless solutions

Entry Level Customer Account Manager Qualifications:

• Interest or background in telecom, internet, or wireless sales is a bonus, but not required
• Positive, team-minded attitude and a passion for helping others
• Self-motivated and eager to grow your career
• Comfortable with learning new ways to help customers efficiently
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide customer decisions
• Coachable and ready to learn continuously
• Availability to start within 1-2 weeks

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
