Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Data Platforms

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-Time.

Experience: 8+ Years.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong infrastructure and data platform background to lead large-scale projects involving databases, operating systems, ETL tools, and enterprise schedulers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex infrastructure and data projects involving multiple technologies and cross functional teams
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure
• Drive project delivery to ensure deadlines, milestones, and SLAs are met without compromise.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports
• Identify project risks and issues early; implement mitigation and escalation strategies
• Ensure adherence to infrastructure standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between infrastructure, database, ETL, and application teams

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
• Lead client meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and resolutions clearly and proactively
• Build strong client relationships through transparent, timely, and effective communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or data-centric environments
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
• Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows
• ETL Tools: Informatica
• Schedulers: AutoSys, Control-M
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-technology projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Experience working with onshore/offshore teams (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Experience with IT infrastructure modernization or data platform programs
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise delivery models
