Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager
NALP is seeking a curious, collaborative, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising, email marketing automation, social media, and web channels.
This is a great opportunity for a digital marketer with approximately five or more years of experience who enjoys owning campaigns from strategy through execution, reporting, and optimization. The ideal candidate has strong experience with paid digital campaigns, email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign analytics. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid role with a minimum of one day per week in the office in Fairfax, Virginia.
What You’ll Do
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and Google Ads.
- Build and optimize email campaigns, automated workflows, audience segments, lead nurture campaigns, forms, and reports in HubSpot.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics/GA4, ad platform data, and social media analytics.
- Support social media marketing, including content planning, campaign promotion, paid social, publishing, and performance reporting.
- Write and edit marketing copy for digital ads, emails, landing pages, social media, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Support occasional in-person marketing and event needs, including preparing signage, collateral, displays, materials, and shipments.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately five or more years of marketing experience, including hands-on digital campaign management.
- Experience creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn; Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Experience building emails and automated campaigns in an email marketing or marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, workflows, campaign reporting, digital KPIs, and email marketing best practices.
- Social media marketing experience, including content creation, paid social, and performance analysis.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills.
- A proactive, curious, ambitious, and collaborative marketer who takes ownership and initiative.
- Experience in association, nonprofit, membership organization, event marketing, or professional services is a plus but not required.
