Cnc Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a 6KW CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator based at Village Kudali, Taluka ROHA, Maharashtra. The CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines to produce components according to specifications and production schedules. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, adjusting machine settings/program, and performing basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role involves checking dimensions, surface quality, and overall accuracy of finished parts, reporting any deviations, and collaborating with supervisors and quality teams to resolve issues.Safely load raw materials into the machine and unload finished parts.Diagnose basic machine errors and adjust parameters (speed, power, focus) to improve cut quality and minimise scrap. The operator will also maintain clean work areas, follow safety and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, with hands-on experience in CNC laser cutting machines.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial Machinery, including routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• ITI or diploma in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use measuring instruments (Vernier callipers, micrometers), and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret engineering layouts, and use CAD/CAM or nesting software E Cat

Experience

Minimum 2~5 Years experience in CNC Laser Cutting Machine
