Other customers include the broader Treasury Department, Commerce Department, and State Department.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>eTel offers integrated CMMI Level 3 processes, tools, and techniques with innovative, cost-efficient, and secure solutions to address complex challenges. eTel also holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certifications, and offers dedicated subject matter experts (SMEs) and thought leaders that possess a deep understanding of customers’ environments and challenges.</p></div><p><strong>Location: </strong>Primarily Bethesda, MD with frequent telework; on-site support may be required; telework is Government-authorized.</p> <p><strong>Citizenship:</strong> US Citizen (MUST)</p> <p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Ability to meet federal suitability and security requirements as applicable.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong>:</p> <p>We are hiring experienced engineers for <strong>SharePoint &amp; OpenText Development - SharePoint Lead (.NET)</strong> to provide continuity of operations and lifecycle development support for NIDA’s Microsoft SharePoint Online (GCC) and OpenText Content Suite (Livelink) platforms.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Provide operational health, administration, maintenance, and technical support for SharePoint Online and OpenText Content Suite.</li> <li>Serve as primary technical POC for platform issues (workflow failures, errors, user issues) and coordinate timely resolution.</li> <li>Implement and manage platform security/access controls in coordination with ISSO; support authorized MFA implementations.</li> <li>Execute full lifecycle development: business analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.</li> <li>Design and maintain platform architecture (site collections, metadata, content types, workflows); plan/execute content migrations.</li> <li>Support governance and compliance: SOPs, policies, audits, documentation, and user training.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Required/Preferred Qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years implementing SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions.</li> <li>Experience with SPFx, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API; source control (Azure DevOps/Git) and CI/CD preferred.</li> <li>Agile/Scrum experience required.
