Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced engineers for SharePoint & OpenText Development - OpenText Lead Developer to provide continuity of operations and lifecycle development support for NIDA’s Microsoft SharePoint Online (GCC) and OpenText Content Suite (Livelink) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational health, administration, maintenance, and technical support for SharePoint Online and OpenText Content Suite.
Serve as primary technical POC for platform issues (workflow failures, errors, user issues) and coordinate timely resolution.
Implement and manage platform security/access controls in coordination with ISSO; support authorized MFA implementations.
Execute full lifecycle development: business analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Design and maintain platform architecture (site collections, metadata, content types, workflows); plan/execute content migrations.
Support governance and compliance: SOPs, policies, audits, documentation, and user training.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years OpenText Content Suite lead developer/architect experience.
OpenText certification (e.g., OpenText Certified Professional in Content Suite) preferred.
Must be able to obtain/maintain required government security clearance.
