Role Overview:

You will be joining ERM, a leading global sustainability consulting firm that has been dedicated for nearly 50 years to helping organizations navigate complex environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges. You will be part of the new Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in India, where you will collaborate with international teams, leverage emerging technologies, and enhance ERM's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketers to support the design and delivery of integrated, multi-touchpoint campaigns.
  • Deliver content marketing assets across various channels like web, email, and social media by creating and adapting assets such as organic social posts, one-pager summaries, short-form videos/storyboards, static banners, surveys/polls, etc.
  • Tailor content to different audiences within campaigns based on demographic and behavioral indicators.
  • Write and adapt campaign copy for various formats and character limits while maintaining consistency with messaging and brand tone of voice.
  • Coordinate the translation of assets/copy for different languages.
  • Storyboard, script, and plan the shooting of videos for multiple formats and channels.
  • Repurpose webinar content into other short-form content like infographics, quotes, and video summaries.
  • Develop clear creative briefs, collaborate with designers and videographers, and manage project workflows for timely asset delivery.
  • Coordinate the set-up, distribution, and management of assets to ensure they meet brand standards, accessibility best practices, GDPR/compliance requirements, and are properly tracked.
  • Maintain a well-organized asset library and manage dependencies across teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Track and report on performance, share insights with stakeholders, and make recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment, ideally in a consultancy.
  • Proven experience as a Digital/Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
