Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and floor management.
- Ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.
Quality & Hygiene Control
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor kitchen and service areas regularly.
Team Management
- Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
- Train and motivate team members for better performance.
- Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Maintain proper inventory records.
Customer Service
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Build a positive dining experience and encourage repeat visits.
