About the Role

Looking for an energetic and responsible Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and floor management.
  • Ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.

Quality & Hygiene Control

  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor kitchen and service areas regularly.

Team Management

  • Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
  • Train and motivate team members for better performance.
  • Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
  • Maintain proper inventory records.

Customer Service

  • Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Build a positive dining experience and encourage repeat visits.
