About the role
As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Epic Staffing Group, you'll drive candidate and client engagement through automated email and SMS campaigns. You'll design workflows, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance. This role follows a night shift schedule with some on-site days required.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Lifecycle Management: Own the full lifecycle communication strategy across email and text messaging channels, including campaigns that drive nurturing, onboarding, reactivation, and retention.
- Workflow Design & Implementation: Design and implement automated workflows and triggered communications that move leads and prospects efficiently through the marketing funnel.
- Tracking & Attribution: Establish and maintain tracking and attribution frameworks to ensure accurate measurement of engagement and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional marketing partners to confirm that tracking, forms, and integrations function properly across all systems.
- Content Development: Develop, test, and refine personalized and dynamic content to enhance message relevance and audience engagement.
- Campaign Operations: Oversee daily email and text operations, including campaign setup, list management, scheduling, and execution.
- Strategy Alignment: Align lifecycle initiatives with overall lead generation and content strategies to maintain cohesive messaging across channels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Partner with marketing leadership to develop reporting dashboards that measure campaign effectiveness and conversion performance. Analyze campaign results to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing funnel performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct testing to continuously improve campaign productivity, deliverability, and engagement. Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation tools and lifecycle campaign setup processes. Manage audience lists and segmentation across multiple systems to ensure accurate targeting and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience: Three years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation campaign management.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong understanding of email and SMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent).
- UTM Tracking: Experience implementing UTM tracking, tagging, and attribution within campaign workflows.
- CRM/ATS Data Flow: Knowledge of CRM/ATS data flow and reporting alignment for campaign performance measurement.
- Dynamic Content: Experience with dynamic content, segmentation, and audience personalization.
- Reporting Proficiency: Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
- Business Acumen: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions, understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively in writing.
