Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join a high-performing Machine Learning team focused on building advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver ML and GenAI solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems
• Perform data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical evaluation
• Contribute to prompt engineering for LLM-based data analysis and insights
• Conduct model evaluation, including parameter tuning, feature selection, and calibration
• Monitor and maintain ML models, ensuring performance and reliability
• Run benchmarking experiments and performance testing
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code
• Engage with clients and SMEs to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Proven experience building ML models and data science solutions
• Solid understanding of:
• Machine Learning algorithms and best practices
• Predictive analytics and statistical modeling
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI models) and prompt engineering
• Experience in model lifecycle management including monitoring and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services domain
• Familiarity with ML model deployment frameworks and MLOps practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
