As a regulated public utility, clear, accurate, and timely communication is central to earning and maintaining public trust. Our Communications team plays a key role in supporting transparency, stakeholder understanding, and informed decision making across the organization.

We are looking for proactive, proven self-starters who bring strong communication skills, are highly organized, and can manage tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
We're building a talent pool for current and upcoming opportunities including:
- Communications Officer
- Communications Specialist
Please submit a resume and clearly indicate which of the following you possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Media Relations
- Public Relations
- Corporate and employee communications
- Strategic communications
- Crisis management
- Proficiency in both English and French may be required for some positions.
An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
