Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of organic search, content, and paid acquisition programs. In this role, you will also mentor a Junior Marketing Executive, providing guidance and support as needed. Your responsibilities will include setting quarterly channel strategies, managing budgets across paid channels, leading technical SEO audits, defining content strategies, managing end-to-end campaign management across various platforms, and coaching and growing your direct report. We are looking for a T-shaped operator who can seamlessly transition between different tasks and make each of them more effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set quarterly channel strategy and OKRs for SEO, content, and paid media
  • Own the integrated marketing calendar to ensure synergy among the three channels
  • Lead technical SEO audits and prioritize fixes with the engineering team
  • Define content strategy aligned with the buyer journey and oversee content creation and distribution
  • Manage end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Coach and grow the Junior Marketing Executive, providing constructive feedback and guidance

Qualifications Required:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, content, and PPC
  • Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CMS
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or direct reports
