Join our dynamic team as a Picker and Packer! This role involves engaging in physical labor and performing essential tasks that ensure our warehouse operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout your workday.
• Efficiently moving, organizing, and relocating boxes and various materials.
• Breaking down, cleaning up, and disposing of boxes and packaging materials.
• Transporting and repositioning scooters, bicycles, and related equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assisting with general warehouse, inventory, and operational tasks as assigned.
• Working both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions.
• Following safety procedures and employing proper lifting techniques.
• Demonstrating the ability to safely lift and move heavy objects.
• Exhibiting comfort with physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Contributing to a reliable, punctual team environment, either independently or collaboratively.
• Paying close attention to safety and cleanliness within the workplace.

General Requirements:

In this warehouse environment, you may be expected to:

• Work autonomously or as part of a team to accurately pick, pack, and ship items.
• Safely relocate or repack inventory items as directed, with weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate machinery or light equipment competently and responsibly as trained.
• Perform physically demanding actions such as reaching, crouching, and bending as instructed by your supervisor.
• Stay on your feet at a fast pace for the entire duration of your shift.
• Adapt to an environment where forklifts, machinery, and large trucks are present.
• Wear close-toed shoes and appropriate pants, adhering to any specific dress codes if detailed.
