MERN Full stack developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications from front to back, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive front-end code. You will build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with third-party services and data sources. You will write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards. You will optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security, and troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment and contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. You need proven experience with the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js — along with a strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs is essential, as is proficiency with version control using Git. You should have a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, and working knowledge of database design with both MongoDB and SQL-based databases. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API is expected, along with basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and deployment tools.

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering would be a plus. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable, as is exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture is advantageous. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress is also valued.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
