Overview

We are a fast-growing high-end mattress brand expanding our retail presence across Canada. Our products are positioned in the luxury segment and are designed to be sold through established furniture retailers.

We are looking for an experienced sales representative who already works with furniture stores and can add our product line to their portfolio.

The Role

Your mission is to introduce and place our mattress line in furniture and bedding retail stores, build relationships with store owners and buyers, and grow long-term retail partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who already sells products into furniture stores (sofas, bedroom furniture, bedding, décor, etc.) and wants to add a premium product line with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and approach furniture and bedding retailers
• Present and pitch our luxury mattress collection
• Secure new retail partners and manage relationships
• Coordinate product onboarding and merchandising in stores
• Maintain and grow an ongoing pipeline of retail accounts

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience selling into furniture or mattress stores
• Already has relationships with furniture retailers (strong asset)
• May currently represent other complementary product lines
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Is entrepreneurial and driven by commission-based income

Important: Experience specifically with mattresses is not required. Experience with any product sold through furniture stores (sofas, case goods, décor, bedding, etc.) is highly valued.

Pay: $5,200.00-$250,000.00 per year
