Job Description

As an AP Specialist II at Electronic Arts in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the Accounts Payable process for North America, Europe, and APAC regions. Your main responsibilities will include processing invoices daily for global countries, resolving hold invoices promptly, addressing help desk queries within agreed SLA, and ensuring timely payment to suppliers and employees. You will also be required to work closely with Business Partners to resolve invoice payment discrepancies, deliver internal set targets on productivity and accuracy, and provide excellent customer service to business partners and suppliers.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Process invoices daily for global countries, including PO and Non-PO invoices
  • Perform three-way matching of invoices with respective PO lines
  • Resolve system and manual holds regularly and in a timely manner
  • Address help desk queries and resolutions within agreed SLA
  • Work closely with Business Partners to resolve invoice payment discrepancies
  • Deliver internal set defined targets on Productivity and Accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service to business partners and suppliers
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and high volume
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable process with 2-3 years in Invoice Processing, holds resolutions & help desk queries
  • Hands-on experience with R12 preferred, and remote transition is an added advantage
  • Beginner level in MS Office
  • Keyboard skills of more than 25 words per minute
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
  • Good team player and result-oriented
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours given the potential global coverage of this role
