Field Sales Representative

“This role requires aggressive on-ground lead generation and daily interaction with customers.”

• Actively generate leads on-field across Coimbatore through direct marketing activities.
• Set up and manage stalls/kiosks in high-footfall areas (malls, junctions, events, etc.).
• Approach and engage customers directly, explain project details, and capture genuine leads.
• Ensure daily lead generation targets are met through proactive ground activity.
• Coordinate with tele sales team to ensure proper follow-up on generated leads.
• Maintain accurate lead data entry and sharing (name, number, requirement, location).
• Conduct local area activities like pamphlet distribution, banner follow-ups, and reference collection.
• Be responsible for brand representation on ground — clear communication, confident pitching.
• Travel within the project vicinity and city wide; must have own bike & valid driving license.
• Provide daily activity and lead reports to the Sales Head/Manager.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
