Junior Video Editor in Hyderabad, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for web, social media, television, and internal presentations
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative team members to align with project narratives and stylistic goals
• Trim footage segments and assemble sequences to create a cohesive story
• Add music, voiceovers, graphics, sound effects, and visual effects as required
• Ensure final videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines
• Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently
• Stay current with industry trends and editing techniques to contribute innovative ideas

Requirements

• Demonstrate proven work experience as a video editor or in a similar role
• Show proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Display experience with motion graphics software like After Effects (preferred)
• Possess a strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, sound design, and file formats
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Bring a creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling visual stories
• Hold a bachelor's degree in film studies, media production, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Present a strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating editing capabilities
