Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role includes creating and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace environment, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with teams to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals.

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR role (minimum 1 year required) is preferred
