You are an experienced Buyer specializing in Indirect Procurement (EHS and Admin Services) sought to join a team in Taloja. Your role will involve managing end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and the contract lifecycle for critical facility and administrative categories, specifically focusing on Admin & Facilities, Transport & Logistics, HR & Manpower, and Tech & General Services.

  • *Core Responsibilities:**
  • Identify, negotiate with, and onboard reliable vendors and service providers for various categories.
  • Drive cost optimization by analyzing market trends and securing long-term, high-value contracts.
  • Ensure vendor activities comply with EHS regulations, statutory guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Admin, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and proactively manage service disruptions.
  • *What We Are Looking For:**
  • 3+ years of proven procurement experience, specifically in handling Admin, Facility, and Manpower categories.
  • Exceptional communication skills with mandatory fluency in Marathi.
  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with E-Procurement tools and ERP systems.
  • Solid negotiator, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority contracts simultaneously.
