Job Description

This role is part of our ET/UT product line.

We are seeking a Coordinator for our human resources management system (Dayforce) to support the day-to-day management of this platform, which is essential for HR, talent, and payroll administration. The role primarily involves monitoring and maintaining HR processes within the system, performing administrative tasks, providing user support, and contributing to the optimization of features according to the organization’s needs. The incumbent must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach, in line with Eddyfi Technologies’ high standards of customer service.

As Human Resources (HR) System Coordinator, you must be able to

Daily Support and Administrative Tasks:

  • Enter and update HR data in Dayforce (payroll, absences, recruitment, talent management, etc.).
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of information entered into the system.
  • Provide first-level support to users to resolve Dayforce-related questions or issue
  • Prepare and maintain user guides and help documents.

System management support:

  • Assist with configuring Dayforce modules according to instructions from the HR team.
  • Participate in testing system updates or adjustments.
  • Monitor software updates and version changes in collaboration with the IT team or the system administrator.

Analysis and reporting support:

  • Assist in generating standard reports from Dayforce for operational needs.
  • Provide support in data collection and tracking HR metrics.

Collaboration and communication:

  • Work closely with the HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure the system operates efficiently.
  • Communicate relevant information and changes in the system to users.

What makes you an asset to our team

  • Degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or human resources support role, ideally with familiarity with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (Dayforce or equivalent).
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to provide support and assist users.
  • Team player, proactive, and service-oriented.
  • Discretion and respect for data confidentiality.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
