Delivery Driver / Route Technician - Company Vehicle + Benefits

A rapidly growing service company ECOSAN Hygiene (www.ecosan.ca) is currently seeking to add an energetic and fun individual to join our team as a Hygiene Technician! This position helps service and grow our customer base across the Toronto/Ottawa/London region of Ontario and is based from our warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario.

This is a permanent, full-time position, 4 days per week in which we can guarantee 30-40 hours per week to start. Leading to a full 40 hours as the business grows. The work shifts are Monday to Fridays starting at 5:30am each day, which includes an overnight stay each week (accommodations paid) in Ottawa one week and then Windsor the other week.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Drive a company van to and from customer sites on a regular weekly route
• Regular travel to Ottawa & Windsor (based from our Cambridge warehouse)
• Check and deliver restroom supplies like paper towel, toilet paper, and hand soap
• Exchange laundered products like floor mats, cloth towels and aprons
• Generate an invoice onsite using a handheld device and have the customer sign
• Spending an overnight each week alternating between Windsor & Ottawa in-between travelling (accommodations paid)
• Offer and suggest our products to our clients (commission plan available)
• 8-10 hour days but candidate should be willing to work up to 12 hours.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid ON drivers license
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to bend, left and twist up to 30lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to move at a quick pace to provide efficient service
• Some customer service experience
• Some commercial cleaning experience
• Familiarity with emailing and using electronic devices (like a cell phone app)

COMPENSATION

$25.00/hour

Earn more $ with commission sales plan on top of regular wage

2 weeks paid vacation per year
