We are looking for a highly driven SEO + Performance Marketing Growth Manager who can take ownership of growth across multiple client accounts.

This is not a basic execution role where success is measured by the number of tasks completed.

What You Will Be Responsible ForSEO Growth

• Conduct keyword research based on business intent
• Improve organic rankings and qualified traffic
• Handle on-page and technical SEO
• Build SEO-driven content strategies
• Identify and fix SEO issues proactively
• Improve organic conversions, not just traffic

Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn Ads (where relevant)
• Improve:
• CPL
• CAC
• ROAS
• Lead quality
• Scale winning campaigns
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Reduce wasted spend aggressively

Conversion Optimization

• Improve landing page performance
• Identify funnel drop-offs
• Work with design/content teams to improve conversions
• Run A/B tests and performance experiments

Client Ownership

• Handle multiple client accounts independently
• Understand different business models quickly
• Present insights and recommendations confidently
• Build client trust through performance and communication
• Ensure clients see measurable progress
