Job Description
As a Project Manager at EC-Council, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PMO Director in establishing and maintaining project management standards and processes. Your responsibilities will include leading projects to completion, developing individual project plans, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and fiscally responsible project delivery. You will also be responsible for identifying key project stakeholders, implementing new processes as required, and providing expert project management guidance.

- Develop and implement common program, project, portfolio, quality assurance, and resource management standards and associated tools.
- Lead assigned projects to completion with budgetary information and resource needs.
- Host project meetings regularly and refine project budgets as needed.
- Monitor and oversee project resource planning, progress, and lifecycle of PMO's policies and controls.
- Manage the development of ECC PMO's products and services with a focus on project delivery and support.
- Identify and implement new processes or methodologies to enhance delivery capability.
- Build and monitor key performance indicators for timely insights and reporting.
- Coordinate project reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented and communicated for future improvements.
- Provide guidance to the project management community and influence stakeholders effectively.

- Bachelor's or MBA with 8+ years as PMO Staff.
- Relevant professional Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) preferred.
- Experience in agile and waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management Tools.
- Strong attention to deadlines, business change techniques, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and apply new knowledge in different situations.
