What You’ll Do
Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. As a standalone company, the Mobility business will be more focused and agile, creating exciting opportunities for employees to grow, innovate, and help shape the future of mobility. The separation reflects strong confidence in the Mobility team and positions the new company as an employer of choice in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

"1. Develop and maintain SIOP dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel
- Analyze key supply chain metrics such as:
- Forecast accuracy
- Inventory levels (Days on Hand)
- Customer service (Fill Rate / OTD)
- Past due orders and backlog
- Track forecast vs actual performance and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights to support demand and supply planning decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across stakeholders
- Support digital initiatives in SIOP through development of automated reports and dashboards
- Improve data visibility by integrating data from ERP and planning systems
- Work on basic data extraction, transformation, and reporting enhancements
- Contribute to adoption of digital tools such as Power BI and analytics solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Planning) to gather data and reporting requirements
- Support SIOP review meetings by providing insights and structured reports
- Assist teams in understanding key metrics and performance drivers
- Provide analytical support for demand and supply planning activities
- Assist in preparation of inputs for SIOP cycle and review forums
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis"
Qualifications
Should be Graduate / Engineering graduate with Master’s degree (Preferably into Business Management, Statistics)
2 to 4 years of relevant experience into Supply Chain out of which minimum 2 years in SIOP/S&OP and Inventory Management.
