Job Description

As a Compliance Manager at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd (EAPL), located in Gurgaon, Haryana Delhi NCR, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. With a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and preparing mitigation plans for compliance risks. Your expertise in maintaining the compliance tool, conducting audits, and developing training programs will be essential in promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Regularly update and maintain the compliance tool
  • Ensure MIS reporting and fulfillment of required compliances on time
  • Align the company with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices
  • Identify, assess, and prepare mitigation plans for compliance risks
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance master accordingly
  • Conduct compliance audits and reviews
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and the Board
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
  • Investigate and respond to compliance incidents and breaches
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record
  • Mandatory skills in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Educational Qualifications: Qualified Company Secretary or LLB
