Job Title: Compliance Executive / Manager

Location- Andheri

Exp: 5-10years exp

Salary: Upto 10lpa

Shift- 9.30am to 6pm

Saturday time: 9a.m. to 2pm

2nd Saturday off with Sunday fixed off

Need candidates from Payroll and Compliance domain only

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance professional to manage end-

to-end payroll operations across PAN India. The role requires strong expertise in

manual & HRMS payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour laws, and Full & Final (FNF) settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for PAN India employees on a monthly basis
• Perform manual payroll calculations based on attendance inputs, leave records, and

salary structures

• Ensure accuracy in salary computation, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory

components

• Handle Full & Final (FNF) settlements including gratuity and recoveries
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF,

ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.)

• Timely filing of statutory returns and coordination with consultants/vendors
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for audits
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compliance
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for payroll inputs and validations
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory timelines

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes and labour laws
• Hands-on experience in manual payroll processing
• Good understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, etc.)
• Experience in handling FNF settlements independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance (MBA preferred)
• Relevant certifications in Payroll/Compliance will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile:

• Candidate with experience in handling multi-location (PAN India) payroll
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
