We are Currently hiring for the role of a Customer research & Insights with a Leading Firm based in Mumbai
Designation-Customer Research & Insights
Location-Nariman Point
Shift-10am to 6pm
Saturday & Sunday fixed off
Salary-Upto 6lpa
Key Responsibilities
Customer Research & Insights
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
- Understand customer behaviors, needs, expectations, pain points, and challenges.
- Gather, organize, and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources.
- Develop customer personas, journey maps, and research reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from customer interactions and product usage data.
- Build and maintain a centralized customer insight repository.
Product Discovery & Validation
- Support product discovery activities by identifying customer problems and unmet needs.
- Conduct feature validation and concept testing with customers.
- Assist in prioritizing product features based on customer value and business impact.
- Prepare product discovery and feature validation reports.
Product Management Support
- Translate customer insights into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and feature recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Business teams.
- Ensure customer needs are reflected in product decisions and development priorities.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and improvement initiatives.
Customer Experience Improvement
- Monitor customer satisfaction and user experience metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and product usability.
- Establish ongoing customer feedback and research programs.
- Recommend improvements to increase customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Psychology, Marketing, Healthcare, Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Research, User Research, Product Management, Customer Experience, UX Research, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and discovery initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with digital products and customer-centric product development processes.
- Experience in Healthcare, Health-Tech, SaaS, Consumer Technology, or Digital Products will be preferred.
