Location: Drybar Fairfax Corner (Fairfax, Virginia) -- Looking for HIGH-ENERGY stylists for our most HIGH-DEMAND days (FRIDAY-SUNDAY)

We are looking for a hair stylist who has:

Strong technical proficiency in styling and knowledge of styling tools
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to cater to individual client preferences
Ability to listen actively to clients, ask clarifying questions, and explain technical advice clearly to avoid misunderstandings
Ability to provide outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to a positive salon experience
Professionalism in appearance, conduct, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends, techniques, and the diverse needs of our clients
Ability to be punctual and to manage your schedule effectively
Ability to work with and be part of a team
