Post 3 Months: Chakan, Maharashtra

Role Summary

Dräger is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive for a 1‑year contractual role on a third‑party payroll. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and SAP SuccessFactors (ERP) operations, along with induction and onboarding activities. This position is an individual contributor role within a reputed multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies
Conduct screening and interviews in coordination with hiring managers
Handle recruitment data and employee records in SAP SuccessFactors
Manage induction and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth joining experience
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and manufacturing teams
Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience hiring engineering and manufacturing profiles
Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools
Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexible, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities

Qualifications

2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Prior experience in the Pharma / Medical Device industry is preferred

Additional Requirement

The role requires working onsite at manufacturing locations and the ability to relocate to Chakan after 3 months.
