Job Description
You will be responsible for various techno-commercial duties within the company, as highlighted
- Highlighting, planning, and launching new products
- Preparing and conducting technical seminars/webinars
- Preparing marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, leaflets, visual aids, and handouts
- Working in tandem with the social media team to increase activity and presence online
- Creating technical bulletins regarding products' supplementary treatments
- Coordinating and conducting product trials and third-party research
- Developing and implementing a promotional and gifting plan
- Travel with sales team to provide technical support (10 to 15 days/month)
- Develop a season-wise product planning and marketing strategy
- Managing product life cycle
- Training and assistance for the sales team
- Participation in technical seminars, conferences, and exhibitions
- Planning, coordinating, and participating in quarterly and annual conferences (internal)
- Annual budgeting and target planning
- Sample and budget planning
- Sales analysis and brand reviews
