SDR (Sales Development Representative)!

100% Presencial \u007C L–V (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) Salario base + comisiones Inglés avanzado C1 (indispensable)

Tu impacto en el rol

Serás clave para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, generando y calificando oportunidades B2B y conectando con tomadores de decisión (incluyendo C-Level). Tu misión principal: calificar cuentas y agendar reuniones de discovery para el equipo comercial.

Cómo será tu día a día

60%: prospección outbound (llamadas, correos y seguimiento constante) 40%: análisis de mercado y ejecución de campañas para detectar nuevas oportunidades

Lo que harás

  • Generar y desarrollar oportunidades de venta B2B

  • Ejecutar campañas outbound efectivas

  • Calificar leads, nutrir pipeline y convertir suspects en prospects

  • Identificar necesidades del cliente y alinear soluciones

  • Coordinar con Sales Agents y equipos comerciales

  • Cumplir métricas (llamadas, conversaciones, SQLs) y actualizar CRM

Lo que buscamos

  • Inglés C1 (todas las interacciones son en inglés)

  • +1 año en Call Center/BPO con experiencia en ventas

  • Excelente comunicación y presencia telefónica

  • Capacidad para interactuar con perfiles C-Level

  • Enfoque consultivo, orientación a resultados y trabajo bajo métricas

  • Manejo de Office y deseable CRM

  • High School Diploma
