Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of Virginia State Bar with no disciplinary history.
- Judicial clerkship a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in divorce and family law.
- Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach to legal representation.
Compensation
Base salary of $130,000 to $170,000, depending on experience
1,600 billable hour requirement (hours must be collected)
Generous incentives to bill above targets paid in quarterly and annual bonuses
Total comp varies with production; additional bonuses upon hitting quarterly targets are $7,500 per quarter and 50% of each collected hour over 1,600.
