Role Description The PPC Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. The PPC Executive will manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, landing page coordination, and performance analysis using analytics tools. The role involves monitoring campaign metrics, preparing reports, recommending improvements to maximize ROI, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to align PPC efforts with overall digital marketing strategies. The PPC Executive will also stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong pay-per-click campaign management skills, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and remarketing.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads interface) to track performance and ROI.
• Ability to collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop effective landing pages and campaign assets.
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present campaign insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a PPC or digital marketing role within an agency or performance-driven environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jabalpur and contribute to a collaborative, results-focused team culture.
