Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social presence. This role is not just about posting content—it’s about driving measurable growth, engagement, and brand positioning. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, and performance tracking across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data—not guesswork
• Grow audience engagement and follower base through organic and paid strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead
• Manage community interactions (comments, messages, reviews) in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Report on KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and ROI

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to create or direct high-quality visual content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with Social Media Ads

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (not mandatory if experience is strong)
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing funnels
