Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. We are currently seeking a Technology Operations Manager to join our East Coast team. This role will support the technology needs for a collection of global studios including DMM, Keywords Community Management and Waste Creative. Responsibilities include systems management, tech support assistance, equipment management, coordinating with global IT teams on policies and procedures and providing strategic thinking for technology and AI solutions.

We are looking for someone who has experience in leveraging technology to support and advance business objectives, is solution oriented and understands the evolving technology landscape and AI.
