Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Domestic Voice Process | Thane

Role: Inbound / Customer Service

Shift: 9-hour shift

Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Facility: Pickup & Drop available

Eligibility:

  • Graduate Freshers can apply
  • Graduates with 6+ months experience preferred
  • HSC candidates with 6+ months experience can apply
  • Good communication skills required
  • Comfortable with customer handling and inbound calls

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to loan services
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Maintain proper call quality and process compliance
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
