Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Domestic Voice Process | Thane
Role: Inbound / Customer Service
Shift: 9-hour shift
Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Facility: Pickup & Drop available
Eligibility:
- Graduate Freshers can apply
- Graduates with 6+ months experience preferred
- HSC candidates with 6+ months experience can apply
- Good communication skills required
- Comfortable with customer handling and inbound calls
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to loan services
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain proper call quality and process compliance
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
