Position Overview

Real-Time Fan Engagement:
Interact with fans and followers on behalf of content creators through online chat platforms, ensuring every conversation is warm, personalized, and aligned with the creator's brand voice. You will be the friendly face and voice that fans encounter, making their experience memorable and positive.
Upselling & Revenue Generation:
Identify opportunities to promote premium content, subscription services, exclusive merchandise, and special offers in a natural, non-intrusive manner. Your ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate products will drive revenue growth and creator profitability.
Customer Support Excellence:
Respond promptly to fan inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide accurate information about products, services, and content offerings. You will serve as a problem-solver and brand advocate in every interaction.
Documentation & CRM Management:
Maintain detailed records of all conversations, transactions, and customer interactions in our CRM systems. Your meticulous documentation will help improve team strategies and creator insights.
Collaborative Optimization:
Work closely with team members and creators to optimize chat strategies, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your feedback will help shape the future of our chat engagement programs.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
Proven Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, chat moderation, or a related field, preferably within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or digital services sector.
