Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Manager on the Disney+ Digital Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, subscriber growth, and brand loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Disney, studio partners, and external agencies to create innovative content that elevates our core brands and resonates with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage title movie and series campaigns from a Disney+ brand POV, partnering with the wider Disney+ Digital Marketing team on initiatives that drive engagement and subscriber growth.
- Collaborate with studio partners on involvement for @DisneyPlus within their campaigns, ensuring alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing agencies and external partners, including coordination of marketing shoots, junkets, and other promotional activities.
- Conceive and create evergreen content that augments title campaigns, leveraging zeitgeist conversations and encouraging fan and talent engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform functionality and trends to inform content creation and strategies that drive engagement and subscriber growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Disney, Studio, International, and Central Digital Marketing teams to support Disney+ content and campaigns.
- Communicate with the Social Media team to ensure Disney+ content calendar alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television, or a related field.
- 4+ years of extensive experience in digital marketing campaigns for brand and entertainment properties, specifically on movies and series.
- Experience working in a studio, network, or agency environment with an extensive knowledge of the layers and processes behind digital marketing and social media.
- Understanding of the business necessities of a startup/launch property, with experience defining and creating new systems or processes.
- Experience with streaming platform marketing, including knowledge of how a DTC product works and how to create effective digital marketing materials to drive engagement and subscriber growth.

- Experience with marketing shoots, talent management, and script writing.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Keen eye for design and ability to art direct development of social media and digital creative.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Passionate about brand management and storytelling, particularly in short-form AV or static mediums.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed reporting environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge and experience with social measurement and sentiment tools (both native and third-party).
